Dasol Solar Power Project

The Dasol Solar Power Project is set to be developed in Brgy. Viga, Dasol, Pangasinan, covering a total land area of 1,398.44 hectares, with 385 hectares allocated for the solar power facilities.

This project features a hybrid Solar Photovoltaic (PV) and Battery Energy Storage System (BESS) with an expected output of 140 Megawatts.

It aims to reduce national dependence on imported fuels, aligning with the Philippines’ UNFCCC commitment to cut greenhouse gas emissions substantially.

By providing affordable electricity, especially to remote areas, the project not only contributes to energy savings but also aids in poverty reduction, advancing towards sustainable energy solutions and environmental conservation.
