CSFirst Green Agri-Industrial Development, Inc. is the pioneer in the establishment of an industrial bamboo plantation from our 10,651 hectare farm, under IFMA No. 04-19 (integrated forest management agreement), in Pangasinan and the entire country that will provide a sustainable supply of green materials to local and international bamboo industries while at the same time combating the effects of climate change restoring denuded mountains prioritizing the importance of ecological balance, conservation, and protection of forest lands. Our business model is rooted in “inclusive growth, where every bamboo grower and stakeholder can share the fruit of their labor, also integrating high-value crops on bamboo plantations to address food security.
The species of bamboo we adhere is the kawayan tinik (bambusa blumeana) being the dominant species in the philippines, it is also ideal for construction, furniture, handicraft, and other novelty items.
Hybrid Solar PV and BESS Project, is a simple and best way to reduce the country’s reliance on expensive fuels and would also lead one step closer to our government’s commitment to the United Nations Framework Convention on Climate Change (UNFCCC) to reduce and avoid 75% reduction of greenhouse gas (GHG) emissions for the period 2020-2023. CSFirst Green Agri-Industrial Development, Inc. has the capacity to manufacture 500 floor boards a day or 10,000 pieces of floor boards a month wherein each board runs through a 19-step process, from raw bamboo cutting to its final quality inspection.

In line with our efforts to fully utilize bamboo and embrace its sustainability as a raw material, CSFirst Green Agri-Industrial Development, Inc. will soon construct a bamboo pelletizing factory in Bayambang, Pangasinan by 2024.
A memorandum of understanding was signed together with Korea energy for a possible market for at least 1 million metric tons of bamboo pellets per annum.
